Owners of real property assets of all kinds are experiencing heretofore unheard-of dynamics in demand and supply. Owners who build and sell, and those who build and hold physical assets find that this fluidity is testing old design and construction paradigms, not to mention needed shifts in the financing and regulatory environments.

One of the Council’s missions is to help clients of new projects write into their RFP’s language that will help them obtain professional services to design and plan projects for short and long-term incremental transformation. For owners of existing real estate assets in good locations and with good bones that need to be reprogrammed, the Council can advise on writing RFP’s for professional services to ‘set-up’ these properties in such a way that they are prepared for long-term ROI, not only designed for the immediate programmatic requirements.
